About Us

The objective of Smart City Challenge & Outcomes for Urban Transformation (SCOUT) is to provide a platform for the academicians/ researchers and policy makers to come up with alternative ways of fulfilling the specific needs & products or service in making the city life better and bringing transformation through disruptive technologies and to bring out state-of-art solutions. There are many issues and challenges, pertaining to Smart cities developments and its management.
" International Conference on Smart City Challenges & Outcomes for Urban Transformation (SCOUT) is being organized by Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT) in collaboration with Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), Bhubaneswar Chapter. SCOUT-2021 is going to take place in IIMT Campus, Bhubaneswar, India, on December 25-26, 2021.
Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), founded in 1957, is an academic society of Operational Research Scientists, affiliated to international bodies like IFORS and APORS. The Society publishes a high quality research journal OPSEARCH. ORSI is spread over the entire country, through its local chapters. Details of society available at: www.orsi.in.

As area is very broad and multi-disciplinary, SCOUT invites participation from all areas of engineering, architecture, management and governance. Read More

Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 3 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be submitted to EI indexed proceeding from a top publisher.

Submission Methods

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Paper can be submitted via Easychair submission system
